If you compare the effects of a diet restricting fructose from both added sugars and fruits to one that restricts fructose only from added sugars, people lost more weight even with the extra fruit than those whose diet restricted all fructose. bit.ly/2nPCyZw

When private equity acquires a medical practice, they usually include wording in the contract preventing employees from disparaging the PE firm, so you can’t believe anything a doctor owned by PE says about PE.

Cigna uses an automated system that allows “medical directors” (doctors employed by @Cigna) to deny a claim in 1.2 seconds without opening the patient’s file.
