Everyone deserves a safe place to stay at night, and together we can make that happen.

First, Conservatives did not win more votes than Liberals in 2019, 2021, or 2025. The Liberals led the popular vote in each of those elections. So the entire premise falls apart right there.

Second, Canada doesn’t elect a government by popular vote — it elects MPs in ridings. Seats reflect where support is, not just how many total votes you pile up. Running up huge margins in safe ridings doesn’t win you more seats.

Third, the ‘broken system’ argument cuts both ways. That same system gave Harper majorities with ~39% of the vote. It’s not a Liberal conspiracy. Getting 80% of rural Alberta doesn’t entitle you to a national mandate, just means you ran up the score where you were already winning
