on 6.10 - perm access licenses installed and activated but giving the error of "add access or entry license" if you tried to configure a service.
Fix: Rollback to 6.9.6

What helped me is to focus on Profiles more than tags. WLAN Profile Policy Profile equal WLAN tab airOS, AP Join / Flex = AP Group / Flex Group's, kind of thing. Profiles are reusable elements so no more 30 WLAN ID's to terminate diff. Webinar around this soon @wifitraining ;)

Feels like the Cisco 9800's are trying to have the same approach to config management as the Aruba platform with the various profiles all tieing into each other. hmm.
The workflow on the 9800 definitely takes a bit of getting used to, I think the old school way was a ton easier

Today is a @systemofadown day - bringing back memories of when @Stephen__Cooper was at their gig in San Diego and he would send me little live clips. Until today, I remember and cherish those little videos with SOAD being one of my favourite bands.

Wish @ArubaNetworks #Central had a rollback function for CX switches when templates are pushed to them. Sucks isolating networks mannnn.

For those following along.
The Sidekick firmware was the cause of this issue. It was the "latest" firmware version.
Rolled back one version and the app was unable again....

Using Ekahau with an iPad is becoming increasingly annoying.
Now I'm stuck in a situation where as soon as a try to start a survey, the SK icon goes red, app locks up. SK goes green eventually, try again, same issue. Reboot does noting.

Q: Can you please justify your support costs and the terms around that.
We pay THOUSANDS of $ for support that is best effort, when I do get the support it's at an acceptable level.

Also - we are forced into the "Connect" license for an application that works some of the time. I have never, ever, used to app without there being some "glitch" or user-experience issue.
I would appreciate honest answers because this is becoming a joke.

Try to start a survey and it kills the SK connection. Tried multiple cables.
