Meet Marshal Firiminino from Makonde Ward 16
Today we shine a spotlight on Marshal, whose entrepreneurial journey began with selling Amity products. What started as a simple perfume sale quickly grew into a thriving business.
Marshal is a proud beneficiary of the S(HE) MATTERS Initiative, implemented in partnership with
@hivosrosa and supported by
@IrlEmbPretoria. The initiative strengthens young women and women leaders’ economic empowerment and resilience, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and tools for business leadership through mentorship and training.
Through training and mentorship, she gained the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage her business, and inspire others.
Marshal has recruited 49 young women and women to sell Amity products, empowering them while growing her own enterprise. She has paid her graduation fees, earned her driver’s license, purchased land, and is now dreaming of building a commercial complex and flagship shop for her beauty products.
Today, Marshal runs a thriving business, a shining example of how mentorship, leadership, and empowerment can transform young women’s lives.
