Typical Indian girl characters in Hollywood
Name her Sarasvati, show her as a working professional, sex-obsessed, independent woman who wants to explore.
Why do they always do this with Indian women characters? Devi in Never Have I Ever, Priyanka Chopra in Quantico, Amrit Kaur, Simone Ashley, Charithra Chandran, Sarita Choudhury, and now recently Avantika Vandanapu. All are shown exploring, having hookups, multiple non-Indian boyfriends, etc.
Is this how Indian women are in foreign countries?
So modesty, tradition, ethics, and family values are all backward?
This is soft brainwashing. Hollywood and Bollywood both do this.
Girls watch these movies and shows and copy them, leading to an increase in degeneracy in society.
Is this empowering?
