ApPrep has been home to me since I have been 14 years old. Starting here as a scrawny 8th grader who was developed into a college athlete, throughout the whole process there has been no other place that means more to me. It was a privilege to have a place in southern Ohio that not only develops you as an athlete, but connects you with like minded individuals who help you become a better human. After my collegiate career I had an awesome opportunity to pour into the athletes that come here just as it had been done to me. I have loved training athletes here since May. It gave me purpose and I loved every second of it. Not only did I get to pour into the athletes that came through this building, I was sharpened and mentored to become a better coach. But sometimes when you feel like youβre going right, God takes you left. It has been an emotional last couple of weeks, but I am excited to take a step into a new journey as I have accepted a position to be a strength & conditioning coach at my Alma Mater β Indiana Wesleyan. I will still continue to be apart of WeightRoomCoach as we continue to give coaches and athletes a source to improve their training. AP will always be home to me, thank you to everyone who has made it my home β€οΈ
