Great #CreativeHealth session this week with a super new cohort of Year 1 @BSMSMedSchool students. We explored biophillic hospital design, green #socialprescribing and drew items from nature together whilst listening to forest sounds🍃#medicaleducation #medicalhumanities

If you have a child who suffers from anxiety here's a story that might give you hope. Three years ago my son was experiencing terrible anxiety &panic attacks. He struggled to get into school/college & rarely left the house. The short train ride to Brighton was a challenge. 1/
