The Supreme Court of British Columbia has dismissed the judicial review petition challenging the BC Environmental Assessment Office's decision, upholding that our Record Ridge Industrial Minerals Mine project is not subject to an environmental assessment under the BC Environmental Assessment Act. This removes a key legal barrier to commencing construction and provides greater regulatory certainty, subject to completion of the remaining permits and approvals. Recent permitting milestones: ✅ Draft access permit (Ministry of Transportation and Transit) ✅ Draft Environmental Management Act permit (Ministry of Environment and Parks) ✅ Licence to Cut in final stages (Ministry of Forests) These milestones support our path toward honoring the definitive offtake agreement signed with Galaxy Trade and Technology.
