The worst part of AI is I used to see cool lines of code, and think oh wow that a well down fast way to solve this problem, now half the shorthands are just ai generated defaults

I’m gonna try this sometime and mog this guy by making it work
Whenever a woman’s hinge profile says that she wants to visit all the continents, I tell her that I’m banned from returning to Antarctica because I tried to teach the penguins the difference between good and evil. This has worked exactly zero times but at least I’m amusing myself

The fact that 0 and 1 here are described as “the additive identity” and “multiplicative identity” is funny af.
Imagine an equation so small, yet so powerful that many mathematicians call it the most beautiful equation in mathematics. This famous formula is called Euler's identity, discovered by the brilliant mathematician Leonhard Euler. What makes it amazing is that it brings together five very important numbers in just one line: 0 — the additive identity 1 — the multiplicative identity π — the special constant that appears in every circle e — a number that describes natural growth and change i — a mysterious number defined by i = √−1 These numbers come from completely different areas of mathematics. One comes from geometry, one from growth and calculus, one from imaginary numbers, and two from basic arithmetic. Yet somehow, they all fit perfectly into a single elegant equation. That’s why mathematicians love it so much.

My favorite part about dragon ball is how people pull together actual sorcery and a bunch of things that would be seen as overpowered superpowers in anything else I've watched, and then the main attack is still just punching eachother.

Basic graduate level computation theory blessed me with the ability to read this and understand how much of a shit post it. The authors reply is a double down that almost rage baited me before realizing it’s rage bait. This post wins Twitter.
I can suggest an equation that has the potential to impact the future: P = NP AI This equation combines Stephen Cook’s famous equation P=NP, which relates problems that can be solved in polynomial time (P) with those that can be verified in polynomial time (NP), with the addition of AI (Artificial Intelligence). By including AI in the equation, it symbolizes the way in which the ability to use RL post-training on solved problems means that any problem which is programmatically verifiable (NP) necessarily becomes one that can be algorithmically automated (P). My equation highlights the potential for AI to saturate all possible evals while still eluding capability in domains that lack straightforward verification.

Countries with reverse kinship pronouns - parents use "mom" & "dad" (in each specific language form) to refer to their children. The practice comes from the nomad heritage of Arabic and Turkic and has spread with the Arab and Ottoman empires. If I missed some, write in comments
Community note
Spanish & Portuguese don’t have this practice, yet are highlighted. Reverse addressing exists in Italian, German, Hungarian, Korean & Japanese — languages with zero Arab/Turkic contact. It’s not imperial spread, it’s an independent cross-cultural phenomenon. ijscl.com/article_3359.h…

I low key think I’m gonna make a python library to work with various abstract groups like the dihedral group as well as vectorized versions of these groups and even nd tensors that operate like (Z/nZ)*^{nxm} for example. Qt unrelated i just saw matty qt it and wanted to feel included
Re-opening mechanics coaching as of now! I can work with all major FPS titles, with most experience coaching TacFPS players. I can also coach just KovaaK's if interested. DM me over on Discord to inquire & join the coaching server: girl.mp4 Further details in replies:

Probably door 1. If door 2, give it like 2 months and the entire economy collapses if I try to spend a negligible amount of my networth. Give it a couple years, double precision floats can't store my net worth (and even that would have serious rounding errors long before), so it has to be physical bills and it could be a literal extinction level event. Given a dollar bill is 1 gram, it would take about 94 days for the mass of the earth to double (I did this math really fast so could be wrong but would still be bad). Absolute best case, someone makes special bills for me and I mansa musa the world into the worst depression ever.

I qt viscose way too often but to anyone who plays a lot of aim trainers, if you start to feel pain just stop. Like genuinely you're aim is not the end all be all, it's a small side quest you will spend a few years on max. Like seriously stop hurting yourselves for no reason. I had bad wrist pains for years after I stopped aim training. It's pointless.

i think im going to have to quit aimtraining entirely, between how bad my hand has become and the state of the community i dont see much of a reason to keep playing. id rather put my efforts towards making videos and actual fps games at this point
