Agents shoot industrial strength pepper spray—directly into eyes of protesters.
At least 7 people injured & needed medical assistance.
1 woman had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance due to "seizure like uncontrollable shaking"—after being "completely covered" in orange dyed chemical spray.
Demonstrators were protesting the federal indictment of 15 Minnesota anti-ICE activists.
Incident occurred outside the Warren E. Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in St. Paul, Minnesota.

A 1-year-old child is dead after police officers in Mississippi opened fire on a vehicle in a crowded Walmart parking lot in Senatobia. His mother, who has not been charged with any crime, says she was trying to communicate to officers that there was a baby in the car. They fired anyway, leading to the death of an innocent 1-year-old. We intend to seek justice for baby Kohen and the life that was stolen from him.

Last night, Phoenix finally arrived safely from a neighbouring city, thanks to the kindness of our amazing supporters. I truly cannot thank you enough for helping us bring him home.
His condition is even worse than we feared. His leg is badly fractured with exposed bone, a severe infection has already set in, he is dangerously anaemic from blood loss, extremely weak, dehydrated, and exhausted after spending who knows how long wandering in the heat, hungry and thirsty.
Right now, our focus is keeping Phoenix comfortable, pain-free, hydrated, and surrounded by love while our veterinary team works around the clock. We have also shared his reports with equine specialists to help us determine the best possible path forward.
Please keep Phoenix in your thoughts. We will continue fighting for him, just as he has fought every day to stay alive.
Please help us continue his treatment and care. The rescue was only the beginning. ❤️

Stephen Miller wants to flip a switch and erase one of your oldest rights.
It’s called habeas corpus.
Fancy words but a simple idea that the government can’t just grab you and lock you away. It has to prove to a judge why you’re behind bars. That right is 800 years old.
It’s older than America itself.
And Miller tried to kill it.
New reporting confirms it. Inside the White House, Miller pushed to suspend habeas corpus so agents could seize people, detain them, and deport them with no judge, no hearing, no chance to say “you’ve got the wrong guy.”
Even Trump’s own lawyers put in writing that this is illegal. Miller pushed anyway.
Miller screams “invasion” because the Constitution only allows this sort of thing during an invasion. But this same crowd brags every day that border crossings hit record lows. So which is it?
The right to challenge your own detention is the line between a republic and a regime. Lose it, and the government can disappear anyone.
I will fight this with everything I have.
The Constitution is not optional.
Not for Stephen Miller. Not for anyone.
