🌟 At Wiggle Room, we believe in the power of well-defined policies to create a consistent and reliable environment for our families. This is why we created AutoEnroll! DM us to learn more! 🏫✨
🔍 Clear policies are the foundation for building strong relationships between childcare providers and families. When expectations are clearly outlined and communicated, both parties can feel confident and supported in their roles.
Happy Interdependence Day! 🌟 Today, we celebrate the beautiful reminder that we are all interconnected and that we need each other to thrive. Let's continue to support and uplift one another, especially in the child care industry!
Wiggle Room is going to @SXSWEDU! We are 1 of 12 presenters on early childhood out of over 1.6k submissions. We are grateful to everyone who voted for our session, and excited to elevate the essential work Family Child Care programs do every day. Details to come! See you there

LISTEN 🎧: Why Are Child Care Providers Losing Staff?
Bryce Covert (@brycecovert) & Khulood Jamil discuss the real prospects facing child care providers as they lose employees to larger corporate companies that can afford to pay them more. #childcarewnycstudios.org/podcasts/tak…

The walk sign lights up. Before the first child stepped into the crosswalk, a young man who worked at the program (as indicated by their shared—adorable—shirts) steps out and stands in the crosswalk, putting his body between the children and the cars.
Last weekend I was biking through Brooklyn. At an intersection, a daycare program was waiting to cross the street, all the kiddos holding onto a handle of a shared rope.
