Happy to share that we have a paper out in JBC. Here we develop an adenine analogue for in vitro transcription fluorescence labelling. The labelled mRNA can then be used for cell uptake studies and protein expression. Great job by all co-authors! jbc.org/article/S0021-9258(2…
