A young woman was reportedly r-ped in the Adams Walk area of Nottingham city centre at 2:46am this morning [Sat 13th June].
Police cordoned off part of Lace Market Square and urge info - but haven't released any suspect description.

⚠️A man who brutally kidnapped, r-ped and tortured a young woman has been jailed for 28 years and faces deportation on his release.
➡️Gagandeep Singh, 34, lured the woman into a nightmare after she refused to smuggle a suitcase from Thailand.
When she arrived at Birmingham Airport, masked men abducted her and drove her to a house in West London, where she was punched, beaten, whipped, burned and r-ped for over a day.
Singh was sentenced to 28 years with 6 years on licence.
He will serve at least 18 years before parole eligibility, then face deportation to India with no right of return.
➡️Rather than 'facing deportation' - this should be a definite!

⚠️🚨GIRL STABBED IN THE NECK IN BRIERFIELD
A 17YO girl was stabbed in the back of the neck on Wood Street, Brierfield, at around 3pm today.
Armed police attended the scene and a 30YO man was arrested shortly afterwards on suspicion of attempted murder.
Lancashire Police say the victim is receiving treatment in hospital and extra patrols are being carried out in the area.
Horrifying! I hope this girl is going to be ok.

⚠️ Depraved Taxi Driver Attacked Schoolgirl
➡️ Taxi driver, Farrukh Naseem Butt, 45, has been found GUILTY of sexually assaulting a 14YO girl in Edinburgh last year.
Butt stopped at a secluded car park while driving her home and attacked the terrified girl.
The girl has been left "traumatised" and now "scared to leave the house" following the horrific ordeal. 😞
Butt denied the attack but the jury found him guilty.
Sheriff Douglas Keir told Butt "all sentencing options are open to the court" but sentencing was deferred to next month for the "preparation of reports".
➡️ Usually this means finding bullshit sob stories to prevent a custodial sentence. We'll see...
The court heard Butt has been a private hire Taxi driver for 18 years. What else has he done in this time!?

⚠️ NORWICH ASSAULT
Al Ferawin, 18, and a 17YO male who can't be named, have been charged with sexually assaulting a woman on Theatre Street in Norwich on 28th July 2025.
Both defendants entered not guilty pleas through an Arabic interpreter at Norwich Crown court.
No reports if they've been bailed or remanded.
The case is scheduled to go to trial on 4th January next year.

⚠️Bulgarian Man Guilty Of Assaulting 12YO Girl In Dundee
Ilia Belov, 22, has been found guilty of assaulting a 12YO girl and acting in a threatening or abusive manner towards four girls aged 12-14.
The court heard Belov made sexual remarks to the girl and pushed the 12YO, causing her to fall and hit her head.
Belov claimed he was acting in self defence after seeing a knife, and denied making sexual comments.
Sheriff Timothy Niven-Smith rejected his evidence as "wholly unconvincing and self-serving," calling it a "revisionist" excuse.
The sheriff accepted the girls’ accounts, supported by CCTV and other witnesses, and said Belov’s remarks triggered the confrontation.
Bulova's sister, Nadjedzha Belova, had already pleaded guilty to the assault on the 13YO girl.
⚖️Sentencing for both is set for 5th August.
🌍The case went viral last year after footage of the girl holding a knife and axe circulated widely.
Several high-profile commentators claimed the girls were lying and were the aggressors, some called it racist far-right propaganda.

⚠️ A man who r-ped a "particularly vulnerable" 18YO woman in a park in Nottinghamshire has been jailed for just 10 years.
Sheraz Malik, 28, an "asylum seeker" from Pakistan, and another man - yet to be identified - attacked the 18YO and r-ped her one after the other in Sutton Lawn park last year.
Malik repeatedly called the woman a "sl*t" and hit her in the face and over the head and subjected her to degrading and humiliating abuse.
Malik was born in Pakistan and lived in France, Germany and Italy before coming to the UK less than 12 months before the attack.
Reporting restrictions prevented any mention of Malik's immigration status until the trial had concluded.
➡️Just 10 years for this despicable violent offender - and another one still on the loose.

Malik listened to proceedings via a Pashto interpreter and showed no sign of emotion when the verdict was returned after 3 hours.
He was remanded into custody awaiting sentencing date which will be arranged on 6th February and a pre-sentencing report will be carried out to "assess the level of dangerousness".

⚠️ A man has appeared in court charged with r-ping a teenage girl on a beach in Great Yarmouth.
Romanian national, Madalin Ilinca, 34, was remanded in custody and charged with r-pe and two counts of sexual assault on 16th May.
Police said Ilinca was stopped at Dover while re-entering the UK before being charged. He is due to appear before Norwich Crown Court on 6th July.
A second man arrested in connection with the investigation remains on police bail.

Police were called to South Beach Parade, in Great Yarmouth, at 12.37am on Saturday [16th May].
A man in his 30s was arrested yesterday in Northamptonshire and remains in custody for questioning.
Officers are continuing their search for a second suspect described as: a white man in his 30s or 40s with dark hair and facial hair.
A police cordon that was put in place has now been lifted and increased patrols are continuing in the area.
