Conjugating dsDNA on AuNPs at high density has always been a bottleneck—until now. Our new work shows how thermal annealing can achieve surface densities of 0.25 dsDNA/nm².
We also demonstrate photothermal triggered release of over 80 nM DNA!

Thrilled to share our new paper in @NanoLetters! 🎉 We've found a way to speed up DNA nanomachines. By adding tiny "bulges" to DNA, we can accelerate the four-way branch migration. 🔬🧬
