Chef Surabhi Suri is a self-taught plant-based chef based in Dubai, the founder of supper club Sebzee. Her grandmother was her first teacher. So today, she paints on plates. She recently made history at the World Food Championships 2026 in the USA, being crowned World Vegetarian Champion and finishing as first runner-up overall, competing in non-vegetarian rounds as a lifelong vegetarian and winning anyway.
