I recently found out that I share the same first and last name with a 19 year old student at Cornell who is going viral (over ten million views across twitter and other platforms) for anti-Semitic comments that he made (and continues to make) to a prospective-employer. My social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and law firm email address are being blown up by people understandably angry at this other Austin Franco. None of the posts cross any legal lines, but unfortunately there have been comments and emails talking about me, my firm, my parents, etc. To make matters worse, the undergraduate looks just enough like me to be confusing, and the NY Post, Fox News, and other publications, have written about it with his image as the article cover. The bad Austin Franco is continuing to make these statements to media and on social media, so we wanted to go on the record disassociating me and the law firm from him. I am hoping this post will alleviate some confusion for the general public. I appreciate all the people who have reached out!

Here's how the media works: Gas prices are high so the media screams about gas prices and wonders why Trump can't end the war. Trump makes a deal to end the war, gas prices plummet and the media can't give him credit for that so they scream he made a bad deal. It is proven that it was a good deal after all so the media screams we never should have had the conflict in the first place. You see how this works? Blame Trump for everything bad - never give him credit for anything good. The silver lining is that DESPITE this, Trump won all 7 swing states in 2024 and with a single exception, his endorsed candidates are winning in 2026. Takeaway: No one trusts the media.

If jokingly calling Michelle Obama a man is so bad, what would be their reaction if protesters gathered at Obama's front door with "rape michelle" signs? Asking for a friend.

The people who shot a porno in the Senate building are worried last night’s White House UFC event wasn’t dignified.

Making fun of Herman Cain’s death: acceptable. Calling Clarence Thomas the n-word: acceptable. Doxxing Supreme Court Justices: acceptable. Wishing death on a sitting President: acceptable. Celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk: acceptable. Making fun of Erika Kirk because she’s not mourning the way you think she should: acceptable. Calling Michelle Obama a man: UNNACCEPTABLE AND MUST BE CONDEMNED IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE BY EVERYONE WHO IS EVEN REMOTELY INVOLVED!!!!!

Just stop this nonsense. A stupid UFC fighter doesn’t make us “the party of” anything. This is all absurd. If the White House groveled, we would be buried in analysis over whether they groveled enough. Everybody grow up.
The Democrats are now the party of Hasan Piker. It doesn’t mean Republicans have to be party of crazy conspiracist Candace Owens.

WTF!! The libtards HATE America! There is no unifying with them. Maximum Warfare indeed! Heads on a swivel and a Glock on your hip!
On June 10, FBI and our law enforcement partners became aware of a potential threat to the UFC America 250 event in Washington, D.C. involving individuals outside of the National Capital Region – and thanks to the rapid action of this FBI, our partners, and the Department of Justice in a multi-state operation, multiple individuals are now in custody and allegedly planned attacks were stopped cold. While the result represented the best of investigative work, it was also nothing out of the ordinary for this law enforcement team – we are built to detect, respond to, and bring to justice those who threaten the lives of American citizens - particularly during large gatherings like the historic UFC 250 fight. That’s exactly what we did here. I want to thank our great agents and partners, this work remains ongoing and we will continue to update the public as permitted.    We continue to encourage any American to report anything suspicious at 1-800-CALL-FBI or tips.fbi.gov.”

Yes, .@RandPaul as you slowly creep up to the facts...when did Fauci get assigned as NIAID? 1984...no kidding. When did the US begin selling Dual-Use Exports and Materials and issuing licenses to exporters to supply Iraq with chemical warfare agent precursors, biological samples, and equipment? Well that was between 1985 and 1989 which he then used on the Kurds and Iranians while we were simultaneously selling missiles to Iran via Israel. Oh, yes...those would be the same chemical and biological weapons that were detected by coalition forces in Iraq in 1991 that is likely the Gulf War Syndrome our government is still lying about. Just like they lied about the US military POWs being experimented on by Unit 731 for 40 years so they could do business with the evil bastards that conducted heinous experiments on Americans.
We now know Dr. Fauci had deep ties to the intelligence community that predate the COVID pandemic. Think about what that means. When the question of whether this virus came from a lab first arose, one man was positioned to shape the answer across science, intelligence, and public opinion. He steered the narrative away from the lab leak theory because he knew the NIH was funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The Left wants the White House to feel like an untouchable institution reserved for political elites. They hate seeing it used for events that remind Americans it belongs to them. Turning the White House into a place of celebration, culture, and public engagement, especially as we approach America’s 250th, strips away the myth that government is something distant and above the American people. No surprise the Democrats despised last night’s UFC event, but what truly frustrates them is what it represents: a White House that feels like the people’s house again.

If you’re wondering why BlueSky is spared from the UK’s ban on every other social media for under-16s
I’ve been warning for months about the EU’s insidious long-range plan to build up BlueSky and expand its network partners in preparation for a regulatory ban on X. They’re calling it EuroSky, and the goal is to impose a new Iron Curtain.

Hey @FoxNews, better get your girl some Midol and chocolate. She has the sads.
I’ve defended the administration’s America 250 plans, because I trusted they really would be non partisan, really would bring us together. But I was wrong. And it sucks. I also apologize to the musical acts who dropped out who I criticized. They saw it.

All right Michelle Obama, enough of the "we go high" shit. It's time to sue Trump, Dana White, Joe Rogan and the UFC into bankruptcy. For the intentional and malicious defamation of your person, that was streamed to millions of people..

EVEN EVEN MORE HILLARY In the summer of 1997, Bill Clinton visited Denmark. We landed on AF-1 in Copenhagen, boarded Marine One for a night time tour of the coast en route to Kronborg Castle, for Shakespeare the “home of Hamlet.” We landed at around midnight and were welcomed with open arms by the queen and her staff. Beautiful, historic castle. I was put up in the Scottish Military suite. Beautiful room with a fully appointed spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, and a full bar. All served, of course, with fine china and crystal. After a phone call with my wife, I made sure POTUS was down for the evening and went to bed. The next morning, the queen had a breakfast spread for Clinton and the staff. Again, first class. As we headed to the motorcade to leave for an event and the flight home, I was pulled aside by the Danish military aide. “Buzz, we have a problem. Your staff stole the china and crystal from their rooms. And took other things as well.” I was stunned and chagrined. I apologized profusely and told him I’d handle it. I talked with Hillary and the White House chief of staff and told them what had happened. They both shrugged their shoulders. No apology. Nobody held accountable. No repayment. Just another day in the Clinton White House and a group of Ugly Americans. I don’t want to hear a damn word from @HillaryClinton about White House decorum. Not a word.
