Before I knew about Revenge of the Nerds, he was Ray Jackson in Bloodsport. Passed him in a hotel hallway at a convention as a teen and we yelled “Ogre!” And he responded “fuckin nerds!”. Always giving fans what they wanted. RIP

Donald Gibb, an actor best known for playing Ogre in 'Revenge of the Nerds' and Ray Jackson in 'Bloodsport', has died at 71 due to health complications. Before acting, Gibb was a collegiate athlete, later becoming a familiar face in films and TV throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Fans will remember him for his larger than life personality and memorable cult film roles.

Saw #IKWYDLS on Sunday. Took my teen daughters and they loved it. As a fan of the OG films, it had some nostalgia my heart craved. I’m still not sure how I feel about the ending, but @JennKaytin you should be applauded for not playing it safe! Big swings should be appreciated
