• Should senior developers be allowed to write code? (or should they focus primarily on teaching and mentoring?) • Has the software development world forgotten about XP's technical premise and the cost of change curve? 3/4

Quick update on yesterday's XP Manchester morning coffee meet... We had seven attendees, so about half the number we've been getting previously. Nevertheless, the conversation was non-stop and extremely interesting, varied, and (possibly) controversial. 1/4 #xpman #xp
