Its not a conspiracy theory if you have facts that can’t be disputed.

🚨SCOOP: Turns out even staff at the @SECGov aren’t confident they will win the case against @Ripple. A source close to the SEC tells me @HesterPeirce has expressed privately she thinks the SEC will not get the outcome it’s looking for.

When will Ripple v. SEC case end?
Ripple thinks it will end sometime between Aug. 26 and Nov. 18.
In its pending class action, Ripple agreed to move the case start back to Nov. 18 in belief that the SEC case will be finished before then.
Of course, it can settle ANYTIME.

What we need to know is how much #ETH JPM owns today and how much of the ICO it acquired. The Consensys Quorum JPMCoin deal was August 2018. Clayton directed Hinman to reach out to Lubin and Consensys, who was represented by Sullivan & Cromwell, Clayton’s law firm.

Not sure when but I have been very very impressed by the speed in which the judges in this matter have made decisions. @JohnEDeaton1 and @attorneyjeremy1 are much better placed than me as a non-American lawyer to comment on this issue but I don’t expect significant delay.
