The 2018 #MedSafetyWeek highlighted special populations in #pharmacovigilance, including children. When it comes to medicines safety, what should we keep in mind for the youngest patients? ➡️ Make sure the medicine is right for the baby or child ➡️ Administer the right medicine in the right dose, using the right spoon, syringe or device ➡️ Report suspected side effects
