Hey @VerizonSupport I’m trying to file a claim for ID theft because you barely require proof to open an acct. I’ve tried to upload the plethora of info you req & it’s error’d out 3 times. Why is it harder to file a claim than open an account? When will you fix the claim system?

Warning re: @AvMedHealth, my wife has tried for 2 months to add our newborn to our plan and has wasted countless hours on hold while nursing and caring for our newborn. She’s been on hold since 9am today. This is unacceptable and everyone should look elsewhere for insurance.

After a 43 hour #attoutage @ATT fiber service was finally restored. In those 43 hours I was unable to get a single update from ATT and I’m beyond disappointed in their customer service. I can no longer recommend @ATT to anyone.
Drivers delivering for multiple services is a major issue for @Postmates My driver is currently double the distance from my house than the restaurant is. My food is over 30 minutes late and he’s still heading further away from my house.
