To all our followers we have now submitted our plans for approval to the relevant bodies such as PHE, NHS (E) seeking approval to progress to stage 2. They have NOT been confirmed only submitted at this stage. We cannot give a date as yet but will update when we receive one.

ALT Prisons Q&A Question: If both me and the person I am visiting in prison are vaccinated can we have physical contact during a prison social visit? Answer: No. Even if you have been vaccinated you can still catch and pass on COVID which can spread very quickly in prisons and could risk lives. We are managing this risk during social visits by continuing to follow social distancing and wearing PPE. We are also running testing pilots for visitors to some prisons which will help us plan to lift all restrictions on physical contact in a safe way.

Following a review of Covid safety measures in visits, we are pleased to announce that from June 15th screens will be removed from the visits hall. It's important that face coverings continue to be worn & social distancing is maintained (except for those under 11).

Yesterday we started to roll out the Moderna vaccine to our 30-39 year olds. It is so important that our men have this however we have had some reluctance amongst this group. If you have a loved one at HMP Lindholme please encourage them to have the vaccine โค๏ธ @PracticePlusGrp
