If there’s a point to be made about the saturation of ‘realistic panic attacks’, it’s probably about how uniform they are. Since panic attacks come in a variety of ways. They aren’t always heavy breathing and looking traumatized. A lot of the time, it’s more subtle/internal

I've been toying with the idea of an Interstellar Community where every species has radically different biology there's pretty much no conflict over colonizable worlds, and everyone is able to co-exists fine with little conflict beyond negotiation over asteroid mining rights.
Sci-fi story where aliens with completely alien biology (no need for Earth) colonize Venus and they just don't respond to communication attempts, don't even send probes to earth, leaving everyone on earth just kinda confused.
