TWO ECONOMISTS JUST PROVED THAT AI COULD DESTROY THE ECONOMY — AND THE MATH IS BRUTAL 🔥 A peer-reviewed paper from Wharton Boston University (“The AI Layoff Trap”) shows that if nothing changes, we’re heading toward a terrifying outcome: Boundless productivity. Zero demand. Here’s how it happens: Companies fire workers and replace them with AI to cut costs. Those workers were also customers. When they lose income, they stop spending. Demand falls → Companies automate even more to survive → Even less spending → And the cycle repeats. It’s a self-reinforcing trap created by perfectly rational behavior. The researchers tested every popular proposed solution: • Universal Basic Income • Capital taxes • Worker equity • Upskilling programs All of them failed in the model. The only thing that worked: A Pigouvian automation tax — charging companies every time they replace a human with AI, so they internalize the damage they’re doing to demand. No major economy is seriously discussing this yet. Meanwhile, the numbers are already moving: 100k tech layoffs in 2025, another 92k in early 2026. This isn’t about being anti-AI. It’s about understanding the second-order effects while we still have time to shape them. What do you think — is this something we should be seriously discussing, or just theoretical fear? SOMEONE TURNED “CIRCUMVENTING HEAVY CENSORSHIP” INTO A FREE OPEN-SOURCE PROJECT — AND IT’S BUILT FOR RUSSIA’S INSANE FIREWALL! 🔥... Russia doesn’t just block websites — they actively detect and kill VPN protocols one by one. This project fights back by publishing working, high-quality configurations completely for free. Why it’s actually good: Auto-detects dead nodes and removes them in real time (no manual maintenance). Specifically optimized for Russia’s high-intensity blocking (not random nodes). Mostly uses VLESS protocol with exit nodes from multiple countries. The author runs speed tests directly from Russian servers every 1–2 hours and automatically drops slow ones. In short: Someone is already filtering out the garbage nodes for you. You just use the clean subscription. Even if you’re not in Russia, it works great as a reliable backup — nodes that survive that environment tend to be very stable. Direct subscription: raw.githubusercontent.com/ig… Open-source repo: github.com/igareck/vpn-confi… This is exactly the kind of practical, community-driven tool that helps people stay connected when access is restricted. This was gonna happen now or someday else cz they are handing over something that humans aren't ready for yet they really don't know that Mythos could have done it's pure terminator like shit so it's better to shut it down
‼️🚨 BREAKING: Amazon researchers snitched to the US government about jailbreaking Fable 5 and Mythos 5, forcing Anthropic to immediately shut down worldwide access. A security export control directive from Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick enforced the action. Anthropic is fighting the directive and calls it a misunderstanding. This isn't the first clash. The Trump administration had already tried to get Anthropic to pause the release of its latest models before this directive landed.

BURP SUITE COSTS $475 PER YEAR. THIS FREE OPEN-SOURCE TOOL DOES THE CORE JOB FOR $0. 🔥 A senior software engineer in Amsterdam built Hetty as a side project and open-sourced it on GitHub (10.5k stars). Hetty is a powerful HTTP toolkit for security research and web app testing. It acts as a machine-in-the-middle proxy between your browser and the target — letting you inspect, search, intercept, edit, and replay every request and response. This is the exact workflow used in almost every web security test. What Hetty offers: • Full MITM HTTP proxy with advanced logging and search • Request interception with full edit/send/receive control • Built-in HTTP client for manual requests and replay • Scope support and project-based storage • Clean web-based admin interface • Single Go binary (macOS, Linux, Windows) — no Java, no telemetry, no licensing nonsense Price comparison: • Burp Suite Professional: $475/year per seat • Hetty: Free. Forever. A single bug bounty find can easily cover the cost of Burp multiple times. Or you can just download a lightweight 30MB binary and keep 100% of your earnings. EVEN THE BEST AI CODING AGENTS (CLAUDE CODE, OPENCLAW, HERMES, CODEX) STILL CAN’T BROWSE THE WEB PROPERLY IN 2026… UNTIL NOW! 🔥.... They’re powerful, but they hit the same walls: Can’t access Twitter/X without paid APIs Can’t read Xiaohongshu (小红书) without login Reddit keeps blocking IPs Agent Reach (26.4k stars) solves all of this with almost zero API cost. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel — it smartly wraps mature tools like yt-dlp and gh CLI so your agents (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, etc.) can automatically use them. What it unlocks: YouTube, GitHub, web pages, Bilibili, V2EX — zero config Twitter/X, Xiaohongshu, Reddit, Xueqiu — easy cookie setup (Agent guides you) Streams results live works with your existing coding agents. Super easy install: Just copy-paste this to your agent: “Help me install Agent Reach: github.com/Panniantong/agent…” It installs everything itself, registers skills, and even runs a doctor check to show what’s working. Quick reality check: Cookies expire → occasional manual refresh (use burner accounts) Some risk with logged-in scraping → community recommends small accounts Best for users who let agents run commands (not just chat) The author updates it almost daily and uses it themselves — that’s the best sign for an open-source project. If you heavily use Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, or similar agents to research Twitter, Reddit, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, or GitHub, this is a no-brainer free/low-cost solution. Have you tried giving your AI agents web access yet? What’s been the biggest blocker for you? Drop it below 👇

US GOVERNMENT JUST FORCED ANTHROPIC TO KILL FABLE 5 & MYTHOS 5 WORLDWIDE New export controls on “national security” grounds . → these powerful new Claude models are now disabled for everyone, including Anthropic’s own foreign employees. Just days after launch. This is exactly why depending on closed, centralized frontier models is risky. One government letter and your tools disappear overnight. Open-source local AI doesn’t have this problem. No one can shut it off.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…
