IRCC Portal is being finicky, can login but can't submit a new application and yes, caches have been cleared and I have tried on different browsers @CitImmCanada @marcomendicino

Are they seriously delaying the release of the application guide even further so that the Minister can make a YouTube video?
Unless he is going to announce that they are lifting the application caps I do not understand how they think this will be received well.

Yesterday, #IRCC announced new temp policies for #PR. Individuals in #Canada who are working in an #Essential Occupation (including “low-skilled” roles) or who are recent #graduates, may qualify.
