At the end of the first quarter of each Finals game, the scoring margin was
Spurs 8

They only led three of these five games at halftime
They only won one of these five games
The #Panthers and WR Jalen Coker agreed to terms on a 3-year extension worth $35M with incentives up to $41M, per agent @glose_matt.
This deal comes now for Coker, who was set to be an exclusive rights free agent this year and an RFA next year. Heโs set to be free again at 27.
"They want to be multi-dimensional when backs are in the game"
They drafted two of the most one-dimensional (rushing) running back prospects in the last few years and signed the most one-dimensional (receiving) running back in free agency lol
Consistent with what John Keim & Nicki Jhabvala reported
The team wants Jacory Croskey-Merritt to be able to contribute in the pass game - they want to be multi dimensional when backs are in the game
Commanders hope he can develop that skill (per Dan Quinn)
all he had to do was play keep-away and run clock and make them foul him. instead he does something that asinine. and he's supposed to be the veteran on the team!
Center Aaron Brewer and the Miami Dolphins reached agreement today on a 3-year, $52.5 million extension that includes $37 million guaranteed. The deal makes Brewer one of the highest-paid centers in the league in a deal done by Kyle McCarthy of Athletes First.
With their right tackle retiring and their left tackle being hit with a felony domestic violence charge after a previous suspension, it's a good thing the Rams had the foresight to use their high draft pick on a replacement at tackle
I mean, they'd be in real trouble if they used their top pick on a guy who they don't plan to play for at least two years and their second pick on a guy they already have like 5 players ahead of on the depth chart
On a more serious note, I'm really not at all convinced this will happen, but just as importantly, I think people might have their expectations set too high if it does. Donald will be 35, his numbers had already started slipping, and he hasn't played in two years
Very few NFL players retire and then unretire and play well. And Aaron Donald is the type of player you might bet on being the exception, but... I think people are expecting prime Aaron Donald and will be disappointed he won't be that. 2018 was a long time ago.
