I think I’ve probs got 1 more column in me for @shotscreative this year & I wanna talk about important stuff. I’ve been hearing more stories lately of sex pests & bullies at creative/media agencies. Apparently it’s getting worse. IS it getting worse? DM me your thoughts please x

We celebrate the life of Nichelle Nichols, Star Trek actor, trailblazer, and role model, who symbolized to so many what was possible. She partnered with us to recruit some of the first women and minority astronauts, and inspired generations to reach for the stars.

Love @BurnhamLandD s Sketchnotes
#PsychologicalSafety is such a big issue within organisations at present, so I decided to create another Sketchnote exploring it. Based upon the work of @AmyEdmondson and 'Is it safe to speak up at work?' from the WorkLife podcast by @AdamMGrant

Replying to @FinancialTimes
Though Boris Johnson has announced his resignation as prime minister, he defied pressure to step down immediately, insisting he would remain in office until a new Conservative party leader is chosen ft.com/content/991caa43-ca90…

Amid everything else, this is worth paying attention to. Frank and other wheelchair users have been so badly treated so many times by airlines.
OK so I’m going to wade into this issue one more time (of passengers like me left waiting on empty planes). I fully support the suggestion that only penalties and fines will change this. Repeated apologies for poor service just don’t cut it.

Some employees confuse the ability to influence others with having organizational status. They believe that making a difference requires an elevated title. Not so much! buff.ly/3jor1MR #PromotionsAreSoYesterday #careers @ExecuNet

Well said @HR_Gem - we know how to handle this, so please let's not make the mistake of thinking 'it's over'
