It's Sunday. Took some time to think through the craziness of last week & whats next for AI Agents Some thoughts: 1. Leading agents will become L1s Most agents will attempt to become infra plays (open source model architecture, data etc) most will fail to accrue valuable moats. But the winners will be priced as leading AI L1s. Top agents currently priced in $1-2B range, expect this to re-rate dramatically. 2. 90% of tweet-to-entertain agents will die. They'll be reminiscent of bot-activity. The ones who's model architecture, memory & data sets are frequently updated will survive. 3. Q1 '25 will be the season of "utility agents" They'll transact, trade & ape onchain. They'll also be able to do simple off-chain stuff like pay for their X Premium subscription taking them 1-step closer to realizing full autonomy. 4. AI Agents will create the biggest bubble we've ever seen. Assuming agents are *the meta* of the cycle (PSA: it is) then I think we're only just entering what will end up becoming the biggest valuation bubble we've ever seen in crypto. AI is the most important technology of our time. It will result in trillions of dollars, not billions. Valuations within & outside of crypto will get absurd.
