I never expected to get back into this game with any sort of intensity.
But somehow my arm got twisted, and in just under three years of predominately on foot play, I have managed to hit a milion catches!
Thank you to all my friends who celebrated with me, and above all the many others on top of that who motivated me and stuck with me throughout all my "i dont raid yet i do max battles" nonsense.
Appreciate the friendships and memories this silly game has provided! 🍻

Baffles me as to how something as seemingly innocuous as creating a username for a mobile game could snowball into so much more.
Into travel, into physical change, into friendships, into experiences, into memories.
Into an identity.
Who knows what life over the last decade could have been if I didn't click install, a decade ago. Whatever it be, I don't care to know; wouldn't trade it for the world.
Another fun trip in the books, glad I was able to see some people over the last few weeks! 🍻

Boring stats:
~20k catches, >400 shinies, various quest and hatched hundos. Three shundos (2 traded)
T W O raids 🤗 and hit 1.9B XP! One day I will learn to take screenshots before an event starts 😅
Also, ew - shiny excavator Pika 🤮 Easily my luckiest week in this game.

Gmax days this year have been unlucky, not getting any hundos from the battles themselves.
This last week - Remote Lucky Trades have come in as clutch as they can, bringing me back up to date with the 100% Giga Dex!
