Month 1- 3 : Walk 5KM per day.
Month 4-6 : Jog 2km walk 5KM per day.
Month 7-10 : jog 5KM per day, walk 3KM.
Month 11-12 : Jog 5KM per day, walk 5KM.
Throughout the whole year, stop taking alcohol, drink a lot of water and practice proper diet.
