I’m thrilled to announce Baba, The American Healthcare Company. Baba connects older adults and their families with dedicated advocates who can coordinate their care. Our advocates are nurses and social workers who have worked at the front lines of the healthcare system for decades, and who can get folks the resources they need. This company was born of a family tragedy and has grown to support thousands of families across every corner of the country.

Markie is a force of nature. She was one of the first people I called when starting my company, and she gave the most actionable, effective advice around hiring I've still ever heard. Excited to see how big poetic becomes.
Introducing @PoeticHQ: a new AI system that executes complex multi-hour tasks with 99% accuracy and 10x fewer tokens than agents. We raised $50M at $500M from Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, First Harmonic, and Genius Ventures to build AI that does complex work inside Fortune 500 companies without hallucination. While code is too brittle, agents are too unpredictable. The work that runs the global economy - anti-money laundering, fraud investigations, underwriting - needs extreme accuracy. So we built a new kind of software that pairs the flexibility of AI with the predictability of code. When the world stays the same, Poetic runs fixed code: fast, cheap, identical every time. When the world changes, Poetic uses AI to regenerate its approach and find its way back to the objective. In one year, we went from zero to an eight-figure run rate as a team of four. Since then, we’ve scaled the team and executed the highest-stakes processes at AIG, SoFi, and Chime. At SoFi, a large US bank, Poetic reached 99% quality on fraud investigations in five weeks.

Amazing work to @HendrixFarrell and his team on the launch video. He is exceptional, and his team made my family feel so comfortable while filming.

Olaf is one of the kindest people in LA. Neros' success is well-deserved & could not be happening to a better person. Congrats!!

Without a drone industrial base, America's position as the world superpower will falter. @USArmy, @PeteHegseth, and @SecArmy are not going to let this happen. Shortly after announcing their plan to buy 1 million drones, Neros was selected as the largest supplier for the Army's Purpose Built Attritable Systems (PBAS) "aka FPV Program".

I worked with Lucy Guo (Scale cofounder, Passes founder) for years. Joining Passes was the best decision I’ve ever made, so I wrote about why joining an early team is a cheat code for aspiring founders. (I’m looking for a chief of staff btw) Link below.

It’s INSANE no companies have started sponsoring these sorority dance videos yet.

Is this thread satire?? Massive skill issue on your part. Mercor is at $10b and all the founding engineers who weren’t “burnt out after the first week” are worth millions. This is a naive take that is harmful to the entire startup ecosystem.
Replying to @suryas_view
ok founding engineer i always got burnt out after the first week bc i was working long hours on somebody else’s idea that i didn’t care about

As someone who grew up in Delaware, it is hard to overstate the in-state animosity towards the judge who originally ruled against Elon. By attempting to virtue signal, Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick is single-handedly destroying one of the ~only~ industries in Delaware.

We are moving the state of our incorporation from Delaware to Nevada. It used to be a no-brainer to start a company and incorporate in Delaware. That’s no longer the case. We're not the first - Dropbox, Tripadvisor and Tesla have already left. Why we're moving (and why you should consider too): - Business Judgment Rule: Delaware’s rule is based on judicial decisions and can change. Nevada codifies it in statute, making it more predictable and less subject to court reinterpretation. - Liability: Nevada protects directors and officers from personal liability unless a plaintiff can prove intentional misconduct, fraud, or knowing legal violations. - Books Records: In Nevada, only shareholders with 15% or more ownership can inspect records, reducing legal fishing expeditions. - Courts: Delaware’s court advantage is fading. Nevada is modernizing with judge appointments and jury trial waivers to handle complex business disputes.
