On #EqualPayDay we’re calling on employers to stop asking for salary history when recruiting as it perpetuates inequality. Where the practice has been banned research shows the residual gender pay gap closes. Employers can sign the #EndSalaryHistorypledge: endsalaryhistory.co.uk/

Two years ago today, the lovely @STEcopywriting became the first person to buy a ticket for Manchester's first ever copywriting conference.

Manc Fact 21: Manchester has its own marketin’ conference called #CreativeNorth. It’s run by these geezers from a copywritin’ agency that sounds like a firm of accountants. Apparently the buffet’s top notch though.
