A few things:
He inherited a side destined for relegation. A pitiful defence, no legs in midfield and only 2 strikers: both over 30, neither of whom could run.
He did make mistakes but the overall weakness of the team/squad is more significant IMO.

⚒️ When it comes to Nuno i dont think he Stays at West ham Ultimately was given 33 Games in charge only won 9 which is Shocking really i think his Decision making cost us some wins this Season the Bournemouth 2-2 game Especially. Also reports coming out that he's had some Bust ups with a few players one already confirmed by the Athletic to have been Jean Clair Todibo after he was left embarrassed after being subbed of Early at Newcastle which I understand he shouldn't of been in the lineup to begin with Nunos poor thinking put out a 5 back then pivoted to a back 4, i do think Nuno will be one of the first to go alongside Fernandes and Todibo. #WHUFC
