Oh yes, I shaved my hair. Left the bleach on too long, to be fair I'm secretly happy to be back to bald. I prefer not having hair. Less hassle.

I put my phone out of reach, turned out the light and had the best sleep.

I have a sky light above my bed, I never use the shade. When I wake up I like to look up and see what the day has to offer. The weather can play a big part in my mental health.
