There has never been any historical evidence of anything remotely called 'Pakistan' until Chaudhary Rehmat Ali published his pamplate, which included much outside the present day state. 'India' as a term has existed for North, South and Northeast of the country across cultures.

This is nonsense. Pakistan was invented out of the fictional Two Nation Theory, and included present-day Bangladesh at the time. 'Indus Valley Civilization' is an etymological construct. Pakistan has to deal with territorial nationalism and the Two Nation Theory at the same time.

For over 8,000 of the last 9,000 years, the land that is now Pakistan existed as a distinct political, social & cultural entity not ruled as a whole except for roughly a century each under the Mauryans & UK
In 1947, it wasn’t just created it was reborn as a civilisational state

North India is now scorching hot. I'm low on heat tolerance but still have to move through the day to shift my departed father's assets to my ailing mother's name. And fulfill other bureaucratic tasks. Thin, plain yogurt (mattha) and thick UP style handkerchiefs really help here.

My father was that officer. Send him to the most difficult places, and he will deliver results. National level marksman. My single charge was to attend to him for recovery to full health. Tried my heart out but still failed. Do take care of your parents. You won't get them again.

Please take care of your elders. And be singularly cautious if their medical reports read right. They still need caution.
My father had optimal medical reports till the end and he is no longer alive.
Operation Successful; Patient Dead is what I have witnessed.

My father's health collapsed. I remained as his only son. Tried to be the medium of his care but failed. My father is no longer with me. The pain never goes away. Do the needful for your parents. All other things are not worth that much. We get our parents only once a lifetime.

My diabetic father, after enjoying a brief period of medical relief, transitioned once again as a critical patient. First, his kidneys failed. Then, he transitioned to dialysis, which severely weakened him. Now, he might be on ventilator. Just praying that he recovers.
