Had a great afternoon leafleting for the 24/7 mental health center. We were allowed to put leaflets and mental health guides in all of the shops. Thank you to all of the shops owners and staff. As well as the community it was lovely speaking to so many people.
What a brilliant day it has been, working with so many amazing people. True coproduction and passion are at the heart of our community. Thank you Heely Green Community Centre it was lovely seeing everyone again.
Amazing opportunity to support primary and secondary care collaboration! Transformation needs all partners. This is an incredible opportunity to unite ‘traditional’ primary and secondary care interventions! Please share and apply! 😘
