Shameful and extortionate @GWRHelp prices! £234.70 to travel from Paddington to HVF in 1st class; with seat just as hard and uncomfortable as Standard class, and a measly “weekend snack box” worth a few pounds. Plus it’s no cheaper than travelling on a weekday. @transportgovuk

Travelling on the delayed 18:35 from STP to LEI with @EastMidRailway. 1st class carriage so worn out and tired, and dog hair all over carpet. Cabin size bag doesn’t fit into overhead racks, and there’s no storage area.

Good concept, but seriously poor execution. Realistically, how is a visually impaired or less able bodied passenger supposed to get to the yellow button safely? @ReadingCouncil @reading_buses Travellers Rest stop towards Reading centre.
