April is Autism Acceptance Month. Welford Centre are having an open day for autistic people, carers, families, professionals etc. to raise awareness of living with autism and provide information re resources, activities, services in Newcastle etc..
It can be difficult to know what signs to spot when someone is going through a tough time. If someone looks out of place, is acting strangely or you just feel like something isnβt quite right β try and start a conversation.
