We should sign 1 "star" winger: either Diomande or Barcola. And one "secondary" winger: someone like Williams or even Leao (I would prefer Williams tbf)

That'd be such an unbelievably well suited backline for De Zerbi's style. Spurs are going to be a really fun team to watch next season - and I'm impressed how intune everything is so far with the coach's demands.
We need to work the same way.

Lamine Camara was on the periphery of my thinking before Iraola came in, but I'm pretty sure he should be the Wharton alternative - I.e., the player in the pivot with the passing responsibility. I'd then replace Jones (who seems inevitable to go)/Macca with Fernandes or Scott.
