If President Trump decides to surrender to Iran, that means the Iranians will continue to keep even 1 percent of their nuclear program. In that case, Israel will act at the appropriate time to destroy Iranās nuclear program in a military strike on its own. If a surrender agreement is actually signed with the Iranians, Israel will not be bound by it.
