When I go to chat from Hulu last night and this morning, there is radio silence.

Your feedback is simple. I click the red button to record a game, and then I can't access that game.
It's not DVR, you're just taking my money for a service you don't provide. Fix it. Sports fans are only here to save games after they're live.

There shouldn't be some secret access line to get help
1) the contact support feature is a dead chat line that goes to nobody.
2) DVR is one button that your company provides by its user interface. Nobody should have to mess with cloud settings and miss @NBAPR playoff games

I already tried contacting Hulu support last night and again this morning. It's radio silence.
The way I see it, this is false advertising. I'm just going to contact #DIS investor relations this explains why this company keeps losing money for my investment

Cloud DVR does not help. When you, as a user, are logged in to Hulu you have the option to record a game. Yes or no. That's it. It doesn't give you the option to "record to the cloud".
Give me my fucking games. Why the fuck am I paying for this shit? This isn't DVR

At around 4:30 pm today a group of 30 motorcycles rode east on NE Halsey through Wood Village, running red lights and doing stunts. Multiple MCSO units responded and attempted to stop them. The riders refused to stop and continued to drive dangerously.
