The Qubit you read about isn't the qubit that works. Textbook : a clean superposition of 0 and 1. Reality : a jittery signal that forgets itself in microseconds and needs ~1,000 helpers to act like one reliable "logical" qubit. Closing that gap is quantum computing.

Quantum risk is not just a technical problem Most orgs are tracking the science. Nobody is asking who owns it, who governs it, or where the vendor risk actually lives Awareness ≠ readiness The gap is in the organizational preparedness Where does quantum risk sit in your org?

Quantum computing has an overclaiming problem. Every milestone sounds like a finish line. Every use case sounds production-ready. It isn’t , and people are starting to notice. Credibility will come from clarity: What works. What doesn’t. What’s years away.
