Recorded a great episode with @strong_sistas yesterday. Will go out this upcoming Wednesday! Perfect timing as my order came the very next day (box is fine). Pork chops for dinner!

Today, Secretary Brooke Rollins (@SecRollins) ordered the U.S. Forest Service to overhaul how it treats ranchers; prioritizing grazing permits, reopening allotments, and cutting the red tape that's strangled producers for years. It comes just one year after the Maude case. 🧵

Did you guys know about Initiative Petition 28, AKA PEACE Act, in Oregon, that would effectively ban fishing, hunting, trapping, farming, and ranching? It needed 117,000 signatures from Oregon voters to push this forward to the general election in November and there have been 126,000 signatures so far. If this were to pass in Nov, that means that: 330,000 licensed hunters 500,000 licensed anglers 37,000 farms and ranches that employ 87,000 people Biologists, veterinarians, and research institutions WOULD ALL BE CRIMINALIZED

You can now buy Papa John’s ‘Garlic Sauce’ where if you look closely, it actually says ‘Garlic Flavored Sauce’ Obviously this is Papa Johns, so should know it’s not great but the fact they can hollow out ‘flavored’ to where it looks like it just says ‘Garlic Sauce’ is a disgrace

Propublica just released a hit piece on Mark McAfee and Raw Farm, the largest raw dairy farm in America. Sucks for Annie Waldman, who wrote this article, is that she cannot stop a moving train. Everyday more people wake up to the truth of raw milk and the demand continues to skyrocket.

🚨FIRST MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 Rockwell’s Gas and Mercantile is no longer just a meme, it’s real. All of it. The first location is coming to Whitleyville, TN where its founders, C.Jay Engel and Ryan Green have recently moved their families. We hope to have the funds raised and the renovations and installations completed by late spring of 2027. Americans have noticed the complete degradation of the American gas station and country convenience store. You see it. We see it. We all talk about it. Owned by foreigners, drenched in lotto and vape signs, filled with slop foods, and generally off-putting. We don’t have to live like this. You know how gas stations used to look. You can picture the old country store. You remember seeing images of the vintage roadside diner. Rockwell’s is bringing all this back. We are partnering with locals and friends to stock our store and our diner with great products. And it’s going to be a blast. Just weeks ago, we went under contract on an old community schoolhouse, built in the 1940s. It is the perfect location and has the perfect historical significance for a project like this. We are seeking to completely restore it, gut the parts that have decayed, and renew it into something that will attract folks from all over the area. Already, we have contracted with architects, gas station consultants, kitchen consultants, and builders to start the process of bringing forth this great vision. Because we want to do this right, our calculated costs are in the $1.3 million range. We have filed the necessary paperwork for a full investment raise, which we will activate very shortly—and we anticipate filling it fast, due to the excitement around the project. We’ll be launching a full website and merch store soon for those that want to participate and support the project from afar. We’ll soon be announcing brand collaborations with American heritage brands that you can support as well. Please DM us with questions. Suggestions. Partnership ideas. We can’t let the doomers gaslight us: decline is not inevitable. We can rebuild. American owned, and proud of it, Rockwell’s will stand as a symbol of American restoration.

A fifth-generation Arizona rancher started getting calls from a Danish solar company wanting access through his locked gates. He thought they found him by chance. They didn't. Local officials invited them. 🧵

I’m genuinely sick of this millennial trend that takes restaurants and other food products and turns them into hypersexualized slop. The worst thing to ever come out of my generation

Over my dead body will online grifters blame New World Screwworm, which came to our doorstep because of Biden’s open border treason, on the best Ag Secretary independent farmers & ranchers have had in generations.

We deserve the freedom to choose between raw milk (should just be called milk) and pasteurized milk.

70% of global textile fibers are now synthetic, primarily derived from petroleum oil. And America is no longer the world's largest cotton exporter; Brazil is. We have gone from 2,254 cotton gins in 1980 to 446 today. x.com/thewoolshire/status/20…

I talked to the owner of one of the last cotton spinning mills in the USA the other day. He told me that 50 years ago there were a hundred mills within his state, and now they are down to a couple. [Speaking of when NAFTA was signed in] "How do you compete with China who paid their workers 30 cents an hour? They have virtually no safety or environmental protocols there. If the worker gets hurt or gets sick from the toxic chemicals in the workplace, they just hire someone else" He said. While it's great that the US wants to bring textile manufacturing back, our system needs a lot of funding and energy to rebuild what was given away to foreign adversaries.

A USDA inspector showed up at our beef jerky processor for regular inspection and saw Nourish Food Club on the production schedule. According to the processor, the inspector said: “I’ve had issues with Ashley before, so I’m going to find problems.” Our beef was already processed at a USDA facility. We had the required paperwork. Yet the processor was told to put “NOT FOR SALE” on the entire batch. • We paid our small regenerative farm partners (who spent 2 years raising the cow) • We paid the USDA processor • We paid the USDA jerky maker Now the jerky can’t be sold, and we eat the loss. This is the kind of regulatory abuse that pushes small food producers out of business.
