Very disappointed in @sainsburys. Had time confirmation this morning for delivery. Time has gone,we called you to find out you have cancelled and refunded the order due to weather, and we now need to book a new slot and order again...shame the only slots you have are a week away.

Placed an order with @RymanStationery a month a go ... And no sign of the order as 'they don't ship it' ... Yet their website said it's 'in stock'. Now just keep getting fobbed off by customer services as they can't get hold of supplier. #shouldntBeThisHard

Why is it so difficult to call @ThreeUKSupport ? The 0800 358 8460 on your site does not work, and live chat 'help' don't want to provide one for me to call and to speak to someone about placing an order.
