i think i can say for a lot of us Europeans we grew up wanting that bc it’s what we saw on disney and nickelodeon and then we became adults and saw what america is ACTUALLY like and now i thank my life every day that i was born and live here and not in the US

An important minority, around 15% or 3 out of 20 agents, will tell you the truth about your home. If you really need to sell, these are the bravest agents, being honest and trying to help you avoid being yet another statistic of a failed seller with an overpriced home. Leave no stone unturned in the hunt for the rare agent that will get your home sold in what is the most difficult market to sell in for 15 years.
