I almost blew a gasket.
Seriously yes Im strong enough to rack it. But it really annoys me when I observe a group of guys watching me lift and then when I could use a little help not one of them moves their feet. I cropped them out of the frame. Guys please don’t be afraid to offer help to anyone in the gym.
