Not our day today, but we kept our heads up. Over the moon I got a fantastic run and got a try, but that’s our under 14s season over now, going to be lost without rugby.
Now to spend the off season building myself so I can come back stronger, faster and ready for under 15s 🏉🏉

Absolutely buzzing after today’s rugby festival, our team have really come together and we are so much stronger. We did amazing to come 2nd overall, and I even got a hat trick of trys and players player of the match.

Our emergency services do so much for us. They see so much & have to cope with the trauma it causes, they shouldn’t just have to deal with it. They need support to talk about it & support their mental health.

I’m still here because I had support from my family, GP and psychiatrist. Not everyone has that.
Suicides in emergency services aren’t consistently recorded because it’s not mandated.
That means no clear data, no accountability, no real change.

I think I’m back on the planet after the weekend, it’s been a fantastic weekend of rugby, and team building. We might not have got the scores we wanted, but we played some really tough teams and didn’t make it easy for them 🏉🏉
