It’s been an amazing year for @zano_project! After years of hard work, the project is finally starting to gain the recognition it deserves. This is just the beginning, but as I look back over the past year, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the incredible work our team has accomplished. It was only the spring of 2024 when we rolled out Zarcanum upgrade - a milestone we’ve been building toward for years - and the transformation since has been extraordinary. Zano has grown from being just private money to a platform poised to become the new home for countless initiatives that value privacy! This means the world to me. I’m so proud to be part of it and firmly believe this is another important step that will written in the history of blockchain tech. A huge thanks to @pavelravaga @crypto_sowle @Mr_Kwibs @Thies__29 @Gonbat03 - as well as the others who prefer to stay out of the spotlight - for the amazing progress we’ve made together! I don’t expect the Zano community to react this way, but if it needs to be said: this was handled in a transparent and straightforward manner, and no one is immune to bugs. I’m sure the Zcash team is more than capable of finding the appropriate solution, whether that’s a migration to a new pool or something else. There’s absolutely no need to declare doom for a solid project, which is how people often tend to react.

Four individuals, however, stand out as extraordinary forces behind this victory. I first met Lyn Ulbricht at @PorcFest in 2013 (or 2014), and she immediately struck me as a force of nature. Lyn has been the beating heart of this movement—a tireless advocate, the epitome of grace under fire, and, without question, the main hero of this story. Her unshakable love for her son and her steadfast determination have shown the world that love and perseverance can truly move mountains. From the beginning, Roger Ver (@rogerkver) has been a principled and outspoken advocate for Ross, embodying voluntaryism not just in words but in extraordinary action. As the largest single donor to Ross’s legal fund, Roger demonstrated the power of voluntary support and commitment to freedom. I know her fight is far from over.   Martha Bueno (@BuenoForMiami): Martha is an unstoppable force in the liberty movement—a warrior who has poured her heart into this cause. Her tireless work to raise awareness and mobilize support has been instrumental. Martha’s passion and dedication are unmatched, and she continues to inspire everyone around her.   But now, Roger needs our support. He is facing politically motivated attacks from the Biden administration under EO 14067—an effort to chill the crypto revolution and stifle innovation. Couldn't agree more on that! that's why CryptoNote has a very minimal dependencies, relying basically on standard C library, Boost and pieces of @hashbreaker library as a very foundation of the original CryptoNote codebase

shouldn't give to much power to developer's either so far i believe that coin holders should have a right to make final decisions, it's not perfect but at least have some moral justification for me

Love this idea! but… ..no tribalism, no price talk, no shilling?… so basically it’s a conference where everyone just…agrees? sounds like the most peaceful (and potentially quiet) event of the year! 😂 Anyway, this is a great idea, and believe @zano_project would love to be part of it
