Man sexually assaulted 80 women and filmed it including his girlfriend and minors. When his girlfriend saw the videos told him to apologize, he chose to end his life instead. Now he is framed as a victim & the girlfriend was sued and has to pay. ✨Korea’s justice system✨
A sex crime perpetrator committed suicide instead of apologizing to the victims, and now his girlfriend, the victim who demanded an apology, must pay a fine. A man, along with his friends, illegally filmed and sexually harassed 80 women, including his girlfriend. Among the victims were minors. His girlfriend discovered this and told him, “Apologize to the victims.” He then committed suicide, and his family and his friends who participated in the sex crime with him sued her. In the first trial, the court ruled her innocent of the crime of coercion but guilty of the crime of defamation with factual disclosure. The prosecution judged that her continuous statements to him saying, “Apologize to the victims,” caused his fear and anxiety. Although she had reported him to police or sought support programs and treatment information when he said, “I’m going to commit suicide,” the prosecution deemed her simultaneous caregiving while demanding an apology as “gaslighting.” She responded, “I did not intend to harm him; I simply demanded he apologize to the victims. Judging this as gaslighting stems from the prejudiced assumption that a typical sex crime victim would not make such a claim.” However, the situation worsened. On June 12, the second trial court ruled her guilty of both coercion and defamation with factual disclosure. So she, the sexual harassment victim, legally became a criminal and must pay a fine. x.com/d_t_monitoring/status/… naver.me/5lxXK3tJ m.pressian.com/m/pages/artic…

🚨🗣️New: Luis Suárez reacts to Uruguay’s arrival in the United States for the World Cup, where the squad faced sniffer dogs and rigorous security checks: “I’ve been in football a long time, and I’ve seen tournaments all over the world. But what we’re witnessing here with the USA hosting this World Cup is deeply concerning. Take the Uruguay team arriving — world-class players like Manuel Ugarte, standing there with arms folded, looking utterly bewildered as sniffer dogs go through their bags like they’re common criminals. That image says it all. These are ambassadors of the game, not suspects at the border. This isn’t hospitality; it’s humiliation dressed up as security. You’ve got a Somali referee, one of Africa’s best, denied entry despite a valid visa — a man who dreamed of officiating at the pinnacle of his career, turned away at the airport. African and South American delegations facing extra screenings, visa chaos for fans and officials from qualified nations. This is the ‘land of the free’ rolling out the red carpet? It feels more like a fortress with razor wire. The beautiful game deserves better than being turned into a political football or a paranoid checkpoint. FIFA chased the dollars — and there are billions to be made, no doubt — but they’ve sold the soul of the tournament to a host that treats global football stars and supporters like potential threats. Meanwhile, American taxpayers and host cities are left holding a bill running into hundreds of millions for security and logistics that FIFA largely pockets. Football has always been about unity, passion, and bringing people together across borders. Right now, under this hosting, it’s being strangled by suspicion and overreach. The world is watching these scenes and cringing. If this continues, it risks leaving a bitter taste that lingers far longer than any on-pitch glory. We needed a celebration of the game — not a showcase of division. Something has to change.”

Filipinos aren’t claiming Clarkson just because he has “Filipino blood”. We’re just proud of a brother who claimed us first Long before he’s a champ with Knicks, he wants to play for PH As a matter of fact, just after his first season in NBA, he shared desire to play for Gilas And Clarkson didn’t want to play for Gilas as an import. He wanted to play as a “local” He endlessly lobbied to FIBA to acknowledge him as local While FIBA has yet to acknowledge Clarkson as a local, Asian Games did and he was able to play in Asian Games as a local for the Philippines team Clarkson isn’t the first player with Filipino blood to play in the NBA but he certainly is the first to strongly express desire to play for the flag 🇵🇭 @JordanClarksons is a Filipino. Plain and simple
Notice how foreign nations claim a Black athlete only after they accomplish something great.
Community note
Jordan Clarkson has represented the Philippine national team since 2018, including at the Asian Games and 2023 FIBA World Cup, well before his 2026 NBA championship win. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jordan_Cl… nba.com/player/203903/…
