We’ve made v gd progress in the 1st 6 weeks of @OckReview staff voices work. I want to hear direct from student midwives & midwifery academics @nottinghamuniv - so impt that students who will be a vital part of a safe future workforce are able to tell my team of their experiences
2day I wrote to @nottinghamuniv to the Lead Midwife for Education & asked that all student midwives who have or have had clinical placements @NottmMaternity are sent info from me encouraging them to join our staff voices initiative & all midwifery academics invited too. V impt!
